For one month plan : No Refund and no Return
Once you have been benefited and use our services then there will be no refund and the reason of the same is very simple as entire services worth cost of the plan that has been already given to you.
We will refund 75% refund for subscription based plans will be issued if Delta1Call.com is unable to resolve the matter and problem faced by your system within the 14 days after the purchase of service. If the issues will be more than one then there will be no refund. For refunding the fund the sole decision is based on the fact that there is deduction of services charge from the fund and then only it will be refund to the customers.
FOR ANNUAL, BIANNUAL / GOLD PLANS, DIAMOND PLANS
75 percent of scheme price will be returned, if claimed within 14 calendar days after purchasing the scheme if no issue is resolved.
50 percent of scheme cost will be returuned, if claimed within 14 calendar days of after purchasing the plan if issues are resolved but user is not satisfied with the service.
No refund after 14 calendar days after purchasing the plan.

The issue is beyond the scope for the particular scheme or related to hardware issue.

Customer can email or chat with our team member to deactivate the service or subscription. After cancellation complete money will not be refunded to the customer as worth of cost of service is deducted from the money invested by the user.
